    • The Mains, Ceremony, having an online ceremony with tea, embodiment, personal rebirth meditation

    • The Digestive, implementing the revelations, setting up accountability, exploring blocks, kinks, fears + also expanders, support

    • The Dessert, review, looking at the bigger picture + centering, integration into the body

    • The Goodbye Kiss, a followup call, current desires, begin again

  • We go into ceremony to meet You where you are at right now, looking at the bigger picture - we take a step out of the mundane, and meet in between worlds - we sit with tea in ceremony, or do a personalised guided meditation, embodiment session - online over zoom. We may use a blend of different modalities, Kundalini yoga, Human Design, Taoism, TCM, Astrology, Plant Medicines etc.

    Recommended for integrating transformational life events, you may come with a certain topic of concern, a question, or simply wish to descend into a deeper layer of your inner world.

    One session is 90 minutes long + includes questionnaire before the session + recording of the call + if wished upon, instructions for integration may be included.
